2UR-FSE LUBRICATION: OIL LEVEL SENSOR: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION





1. INSTALL ENGINE OIL LEVEL SENSOR
(a) Install a new gasket and the oil level sensor with the 4 bolts.
Torque: 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7ft-lbf)
2. INSTALL NO. 2 OIL PAN BAFFLE PLATE





(a) Install the baffle plate with the 4 bolts.
Torque: 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7ft-lbf)
3. INSTALL NO. 1 OIL PAN SUB-ASSEMBLY Reassembly
4. INSTALL NO. 2 OIL PAN SUB-ASSEMBLY Reassembly
5. INSTALL FRONT DIFFERENTIAL CARRIER ASSEMBLY Installation
6. INSTALL TIMING CHAIN COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the timing chain cover [1][2]Installation.
7. INSTALL SERVICE PLUG GRIP Installation
8. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
