Reassembly

INSTRUMENT PANEL: INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL POWER SWITCH Installation

2. INSTALL FRONT STEREO COMPONENT SPEAKER Installation

3. INSTALL FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY (for LH Side) Installation

4. INSTALL FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY (for RH Side) Installation

5. INSTALL NO. 1 SPEAKER HOLE COVER

(a) Engage the 4 clips to install the No. 1 speaker hole cover.





6. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL SPEAKER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 2 claws and 2 clips to install the No. 2 instrument panel speaker panel sub-assembly.





7. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL SPEAKER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 2 claws and 2 clips to install the No. 1 instrument panel speaker panel sub-assembly.





8. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY Installation

9. INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 8 claws to install the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly.





10. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 6 claws to install the No. 1 instrument panel register assembly.





11. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 6 clips and 4 claws to install the No. 2 instrument panel register assembly.





12. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA (W/ Navigation System) Installation

13. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

(a) Install the No. 2 heater to register duct with the 4 screws.





14. INSTALL NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

(a) Install the No. 3 heater to register duct with the 3 screws.





15. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

(a) Install the No. 1 heater to register duct with the 3 screws.





16. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the defroster nozzle assembly duct with the 3 screws.





17. INSTALL NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

(a) Install the No. 2 side defroster nozzle duct with the screw.





18. INSTALL NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

(a) Install the No. 1 side defroster nozzle duct with the screw.
