Removal

MIRROR: INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR: REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.

2. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR COVER Removal

3. REMOVE FRONT ROOF TOP GARNISH (w/o Compass) Removal

4. REMOVE PERSONAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY (w/o Compass) Removal

5. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY (w/o Compass)

(a) Using a "TORX" socket wrench (T20), remove the screw and inner rear view mirror assembly.





(b) Disconnect the connector.





6. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY (w/ Compass)

(a) Disconnect the connector.





(b) Using a "TORX" socket wrench (T20), remove the screw and inner rear view mirror assembly.
