SEAT: LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY: REMOVAL

CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the seat adjuster may injure your hands.

HINT
Use the same procedures for the LH and RH side.

1. REMOVE SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP Removal

2. DISCONNECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY Removal

3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER Removal

4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT TRACK REAR OUTER COVER Removal

5. REMOVE FRONT SEAT TRACK REAR INNER COVER Removal

6. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY Removal

7. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY Removal

8. REMOVE RECLINING POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB Disassembly

9. REMOVE SLIDE AND VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB Disassembly

10. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD WITH NO. 1 CUSHION SHIELD INNER Disassembly

11. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD INNER Disassembly

12. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY Disassembly

13. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

(a) Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 headrest supports.

(b) Remove the 4 bolts and front seatback covers (inner and outer).

(d) Remove the nut and 2 seatback cover brackets.

(e) Detach the hooks and remove the hog rings and the seatback cover with pad from the seat frame.

14. REMOVE LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 screws and pull out the lumbar support adjuster assembly.
