LIGHTING: REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY: REMOVAL

HINT
* Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
* The procedures listed below are for the LH side.
1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

2. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT Removal

3. REMOVE TOOL BOX Removal

4. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE Removal

5. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER RH Removal

6. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER LH Removal

7. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER FRONT Removal

8. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY





(a) Disconnect the connector.

(b) Remove the 3 nuts and rear combination light.





(c) Remove the rear combination light bulb from the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly.

(d) Remove the gasket.

NOTICE:
* Be sure to remove the gasket completely from the body.
* Be sure to replace it with the supplied rear combination light gasket to prevent water intrusion.
9. REMOVE REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY





(a) Disconnect the connector.

(b) Remove the 3 nuts and rear light.

(c) Remove the rear light bulb from the rear light socket and wire.

(d) Remove the gasket.

NOTICE:
* Be sure to remove the gasket completely from the body.
* Be sure to replace it with the supplied rear light gasket to prevent water intrusion.
