Pinout Values and Diagnostic Parameters





WINDSHIELD / WINDOW GLASS: POWER WINDOW CONTROL SYSTEM: TERMINALS OF ECU

1. CHECK POWER WINDOW ECU (for Driver Side)

(a) Disconnect the M11 ECU connector.





(b) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.





(b) If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

(c) Reconnect the M11 ECU connector.

(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





(d) If the result is not as specified, the power window regulator motor may have a malfunction.

2. CHECK POWER WINDOW ECU (for Front Passenger Side)

(a) Disconnect the M5 ECU connector.





(b) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.





(b) If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

(c) Reconnect the M5 ECU connector.

(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





(d) If the result is not as specified, the power window regulator motor may have a malfunction.

3. CHECK POWER WINDOW ECU (for Rear LH Side)

(a) Disconnect the O9 ECU connector.





(b) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.





(b) If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

(c) Reconnect the O9 ECU connector.

(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





(d) If the result is not as specified, the power window regulator motor may have a malfunction.

4. CHECK POWER WINDOW ECU (for Rear RH Side)

(a) Disconnect the O4 ECU connector.





(b) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.





(b) If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

(c) Reconnect the O4 ECU connector.

(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





(d) If the result is not as specified, the power window regulator motor may have a malfunction.

5. CHECK POWER WINDOW MASTER SWITCH

(a) Disconnect the Q13 master switch connector.





(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





(b) If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

(c) Reconnect the Q13 master switch connector.

(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





(d) If the result is not as specified, the master switch may be malfunctioning.

6. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for Front Passenger Side)

(a) Disconnect the Q6 switch connector.





(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.





(b) If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

(c) Reconnect the Q6 switch connector.

(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





(d) If the result is not as specified, the switch may be malfunctioning.

7. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for Rear LH Side)

(a) Disconnect the S5 switch connector.





(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.





(b) If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

(c) Reconnect the S5 switch connector.

(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





(d) If the result is not as specified, the switch may be malfunctioning.

8. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for Rear RH Side)

(a) Disconnect the S1 switch connector.





(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.





(b) If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

(c) Reconnect the S1 switch connector.

(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





(d) If the result is not as specified, the switch may be malfunctioning.

9. CHECK FRONT DOOR ECU (for Driver Side)

(a) Disconnect the M9 and M10 ECU connectors.





(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





(b) If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

(c) Reconnect the M9 and M10 ECU connectors.

(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





(d) If the result is not as specified, the ECU may be malfunctioning.

10. CHECK FRONT DOOR ECU (for Front Passenger Side)

(a) Disconnect the M4 and M3 ECU connectors.





(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





(b) If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

(c) Reconnect the M4 and M3 ECU connectors.

(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





(d) If the result is not as specified, the ECU may be malfunctioning.

11. CHECK FRONT DOOR ECU (for Rear LH Side)

(a) Disconnect the O7 and O8 ECU connectors.





(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





(b) If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

(c) Reconnect the O7 and O8 ECU connectors.

(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





(d) If the result is not as specified, the ECU may be malfunctioning.

12. CHECK FRONT DOOR ECU (for Rear RH Side)

(a) Disconnect the O2 and O3 ECU connectors.





(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





(b) If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

(c) Reconnect the O2 and O3 ECU connectors.

(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





(d) If the result is not as specified, the ECU may be malfunctioning.

13. CHECK BODY ECU (COWL SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK RH)

(a) Disconnect the DK and DA junction block connectors.

(b) Disconnect the U1, K68 and K67 ECU connectors.





(c) Measure the voltage and resistance according to value(s) in the table below.





* If the result is not as specified, the wire harness side may have a malfunction.
