Installation





INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: ROOF HEADLINING: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the clip (A) and 3 clips (B) to the roof headlining assembly.





(b) Put the roof headlining assembly into the vehicle through the front door RH.





NOTICE:
Do not damage the roof headlining assembly or body interior.

(c) Engage the 10 claws, 4 clips and 6 fasteners.





(d) Engage the clamp and connect the 2 connectors to the connector holder.

(e) Engage the 4 clamps to the front pillar LH.

(f) w/o Manual (SOS) Switch

(1) Engage the 4 clamps and connect the connector to the front pillar RH.

(g) w/ Manual (SOS) Switch

(1) Engage the 4 clamps and connect the 2 connectors to the front pillar RH.

(h) w/o Satellite Radio:

(1) Engage the clamp and connect the connector to the rear pillar RH.

(i) w/ Satellite Radio:

(1) Engage the clamp and connect the 2 connectors to the rear pillar RH.

(j) Connect the connector to the sliding roof drive gear assembly.

(k) Engage the clamp and connect the inner rear view mirror connector.

(l) w/ Rain Sensor:

(1) Connect the rain sensor connector.

2. INSTALL VISOR HOLDER

(a) Engage the 2 claws.





(b) Push in the visor holder as shown in the illustration.

HINT
Use the same procedure for the other visor holder.

3. INSTALL VISOR ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the visor assembly LH with the 2 screws.

4. INSTALL VISOR BRACKET COVER (for LH Side)

(a) Engage the 4 claws to install the visor bracket cover.





5. INSTALL VISOR ASSEMBLY RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

6. INSTALL VISOR BRACKET COVER (for RH Side)

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

7. INSTALL ASSIST GRIP SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Assemble the assist grip sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.





(b) Install the assist grip sub-assembly.





HINT
Use the same procedure for the other 3 assist grip sub-assemblies.

8. INSTALL NO. 1 ROOM LIGHT ASSEMBLY Installation

9. INSTALL LANE RECOGNITION CAMERA SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Lane Keeping Assist System) Installation

10. INSTALL MAP LIGHT ASSEMBLY Installation

11. INSTALL FRONT ROOF TOP GARNISH (w/o Lane Keeping Assist System)

(a) Engage the 5 claws and 2 clips to install the front roof top garnish.





12. INSTALL FRONT ROOF TOP GARNISH (w/ Lane Keeping Assist System)

(a) Engage the 5 claws and 3 fasteners to install the front roof top garnish.





13. INSTALL INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR STAY HOLDER COVER (w/o Automatic High Beam System) Installation

14. INSTALL INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR STAY HOLDER COVER (w/ Automatic High Beam System) Installation

15. INSTALL RAIN SENSOR COVER (w/ Rain Sensor) Installation

16. INSTALL COOLER BLOWER ASSEMBLY Installation

17. INSTALL NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX MOUNTING BRACKET Installation

18. INSTALL NO. 4 CONSOLE BOX DUCT Installation

19. INSTALL NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX MOUNTING BRACKET Installation

20. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Engage the 2 guides.

(b) Engage the 5 clips to install the roof side inner garnish assembly LH.

21. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY LH Installation

22. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH ASSEMBLY RH

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

23. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY RH

24. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY Installation

30. INSTALL UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the upper instrument panel assembly Installation.

31. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the front seat assembly LH Installation.

32. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

33. INSTALL CENTER PILLAR GARNISH LH

(a) Pass the floor anchor of the front seat outer seat belt assembly LH through the center pillar garnish LH.

(b) Engage the clip (B).





(c) Engage the 2 claws and clip (A).

(d) Install the center pillar garnish LH with the screw.

34. CONNECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH Installation

35. INSTALL LAP BELT OUTER ANCHOR COVER (for LH Side) Installation

36. INSTALL CENTER PILLAR LOWER GARNISH LH

(a) Engage the 2 claws, 5 clips and 2 guides to install the center pillar lower garnish LH.





37. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

(a) Engage the 6 claws and 3 clips to install the rear door scuff plate LH.

38. INSTALL FRONT PILLAR GARNISH LH

(a) Remove the protective cover.

(b) Make sure that the front pillar garnish clip is not damaged.





NOTICE:
* If there is any damage, replace the garnish clip with a new one.
* When a garnish clip is being replaced, make sure to install it in the direction shown in the illustration.
(c) Engage the 2 guides.

(d) Turn the end of the front pillar garnish clip 90° with needle-nosed pliers and install it to the front pillar garnish LH.

HINT
Tape the tips of the needle-nosed pliers before use.

(e) Engage the 2 clips to install the front pillar garnish LH.





39. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD LH

(a) Engage the claw and clip.

(b) Install the cowl side trim board LH with the clip.

40. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER LH

(a) Engage the guide.

(b) Engage the 4 claws to install the front door opening trim cover LH.

41. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

(a) Engage the 7 claws and 4 clips to install the front door scuff plate LH.

42. INSTALL CENTER PILLAR GARNISH RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

43. CONNECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

44. INSTALL LAP BELT OUTER ANCHOR COVER (for RH Side)

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

45. INSTALL CENTER PILLAR LOWER GARNISH RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

46. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

47. INSTALL FRONT PILLAR GARNISH RH
