DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when the parking assist ECU receives a master cylinder pressure sensor signal from the brake control system via CAN communication.

1. CHECK FOR DTC

(a) Clear the DTCs Advanced Parking Guidance System.

(b) Check for DTCs Advanced Parking Guidance System.

HINT
- The DTC is stored when a malfunction occurs in the electronically controlled brake system.
- If troubleshooting and repair of the malfunction in the electronically controlled brake system has been completed, DTC C164F will not be output again when rechecking for DTCs.
- If DTC C164F is stored frequently, duplicate the problem symptoms and perform the inspection again even if the DTC is not output when rechecking for DTCs How To Proceed With Troubleshooting.
