1. CHECK HEADPHONE

(a) Check if the wired headphones are securely connected to the jack.

OK:

The wired headphones are securely connected to the jack.

NG -- SECURELY CONNECT TO JACK WIRED HEADPHONES
OK -- Continue to next step.

2. REPLACE HEADPHONES

(a) Replace the headphones with a new or normally functioning pair of headphones and check if the same problem occurs again.

OK:

Same problem does not occur.

NG -- PROCEED TO NEXT SUSPECTED AREA SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE Problem Symptoms Table

OK -- END (HEADPHONES WERE DEFECTIVE)
