AUDIO / VISUAL: RADIO RECEIVER: REMOVAL
1. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
2. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD LH (w/o Spare Tire) Removal
3. REMOVE BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH Removal
4. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
* w/ Navigation System (for HDD):
* After the power switch is turned off, the display and navigation module display (HDD navigation system) records various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the power switch off, be sure to wait for the time specified in the following table before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
Waiting Time before Disconnecting Cable from Negative (-) Battery Terminal:
* When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH Removal
6. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH Removal
7. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
8. REMOVE NO. 3 BOX PANEL Removal
9. REMOVE UPPER REAR CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
10. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
11. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET
(a) Remove the 2 bolts.
(b) Pull the radio receiver to detach the 6 clips, 2 claws and 3 ribs on the backside of the radio receiver assembly with the bracket.
(c) Disconnect the connectors and remove the radio receiver assembly with the bracket.
12. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY
(a) Detach the 2 clips and 2 claws and remove the instrument cluster finish panel assembly.
13. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET
(a) Remove the 4 bolts and No. 2 radio bracket.
14. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET
(a) Remove the 4 bolts and No. 1 radio bracket.
