Reassembly

BRAKE: BRAKE PEDAL SUPPORT: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the cushion to the brake pedal.





(b) Install the brake pedal bracket collar and 2 bushes to the brake pedal.





(c) Install the brake pedal support to the brake pedal with the hexagon bolt and nut.





Torque : 28 Nm (290 kgf-cm, 21 ft-lbf)

2. TEMPORARILY INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL STROKE SENSOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Temporarily install the brake pedal stroke sensor with the 2 bolts.

HINT
Tighten the 2 bolts after adjusting the brake pedal height and brake pedal stroke sensor.

3. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL PAD





(a) Install the brake pedal pad to the brake pedal.

4. TEMPORARILY INSTALL STOP LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY

(a) Temporarily install the stop light switch with the lock nut.

HINT
Tighten the lock nut after inspecting and adjusting the brake pedal height.
