Installation

HYBRID BATTERY CONTROL: BATTERY BLOWER: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY (for Lower Side)





CAUTION:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves.

(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the battery cooling blower assembly (for lower side).

(b) Install the nut and 2 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

Torque : 7.5 Nm (76 kgf-cm, 66 in-lbf)

(c) Connect the connector.

(d) Attach the clamp.

2. INSTALL NO. 4 HYBRID VEHICLE BATTERY CARRIER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

3. INSTALL NO. 1 HYBRID BATTERY SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

4. INSTALL NO. 4 HYBRID BATTERY INTAKE DUCT

(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the No. 4 hybrid battery intake duct to the battery cooling blower assembly (for upper side).

5. INSTALL BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY (for Upper Side)





CAUTION:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves.

(a) Install the battery cooling blower assembly (for upper side) with the nut and 2 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

Torque : 7.5 Nm (76 kgf-cm, 66 in-lbf)

(b) Connect the connector.

6. INSTALL NO. 6 HYBRID VEHICLE BATTERY SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

7. INSTALL HV BATTERY

(a) Install the HV battery to the vehicle Installation.
