Installation

POWER STEERING: POWER STEERING ECU: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL POWER STEERING ECU





(a) Attach the claw and install the ECU with the 4 bolts.

Torque : 8.5 Nm (87 kgf-cm, 75 in-lbf)

(b) Connect the connector C to the ECU.





(c) Connect the ECU connectors A and B and securely lock the connectors.

2. INSTALL NO. 1 INVERTER RESERVOIR BRACKET





(a) Install the bracket with the 2 bolts.

Torque : 13 Nm (133 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)





(b) Install the reservoir with the 2 nuts.

Torque : 13 Nm (133 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)

3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY RH Installation

4. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the inlet cover with the 5 clips.

5. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER

(a) Install the side cover with the 4 clips.

6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

7. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH Installation

8. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD LH (w/o Spare Tire) Installation

9. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

10. PERFORM VARIABLE GEAR RATIO STEERING SYSTEM CALIBRATION

(a) Perform variable gear ratio steering system calibration Calibration.
