Pinout Values and Diagnostic Parameters
SEAT: FRONT POWER SEAT CONTROL SYSTEM (w/ Memory): TERMINALS OF ECU
1. CHECK POSITION CONTROL ECU AND SWITCH ASSEMBLY
(a) Disconnect the X4 and X5 connectors from the position control ECU and switch assembly.
(b) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
(c) Reconnect the X4 and X5 connectors to the position control ECU and switch assembly.
(d) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, the position control ECU and switch assembly may have a malfunction.
2. CHECK OUTER MIRROR CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side)
(a) Disconnect the K7 connector from the outer mirror control ECU assembly (for driver side).
(b) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.
(c) Reconnect the K7 connector to the outer mirror control ECU assembly (for driver side).
(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, the outer mirror control ECU assembly (for driver side) may have a malfunction.
3. CHECK MAIN BODY ECU (MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU)
(a) Disconnect the 2C, 2E and 2B connectors from the instrument panel junction block assembly.
(b) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.
(c) Reconnect the 2C, 2E and 2B instrument panel junction block assembly connectors.
(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
