Installation

LIGHTING (EXT): REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL REAR COMBINATION LIGHT SOCKET AND WIRE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the grommet.





(b) Connect the connector.

(c) Engage the clamp to install the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly.

3. INSTALL NO. 2 ROOM LIGHT ASSEMBLY (for RH Side) Installation

4. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER HOLDER CAP Installation

5. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER HOOK Installation

6. INSTALL LUGGAGE HOLD BELT STRIKER ASSEMBLY Installation

7. INSTALL ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY Installation

8. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH Installation

9. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE COVER RH (for RH Side) Installation

10. INSTALL REAR DECK TRIM COVER Installation

11. INSTALL DECK TRIM SERVICE HOLE COVER Installation

12. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 FLOOR BOARD Installation

13. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

14. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 FLOOR BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

15. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover) Installation

16. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX LH (w/o Woofer) Installation

17. INSTALL REAR NO. 4 FLOOR BOARD (w/o Woofer) Installation

18. INSTALL REAR NO. 4 FLOOR BOARD (w/ Woofer) Installation

19. INSTALL REAR FLOOR BOARD UPPER NO. 3 PLATE (for RH Side) Installation

20. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX RH Installation

21. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD Installation

22. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX Installation

23. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD Installation

24. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side) Installation

25. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side) Installation

26. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK Installation

27. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY Installation

28. INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP

for LH Side: Installation

for RH Side: Installation

29. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE Installation

30. INSTALL REAR UPPER BUMPER RETAINER

(a) Install the rear upper bumper retainer with the screw.

Torque : 2.2 Nm (22 kgf-cm, 20 in-lbf)

31. INSTALL REAR BUMPER ASSEMBLY

Installation

32. INSTALL REAR TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

(a) Install the rear turn signal light bulb to the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly.

33. INSTALL REAR COMBINATION LIGHT LENS AND BODY

(a) Connect the connector.

(b) Engage the clamp.

(c) Turn the rear turn signal light bulb and rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to install them as a unit.





(d) Engage the 3 guides and pin.

(e) Install the rear combination light lens and body with the 2 screws.

Torque : 2.2 Nm (22 kgf-cm, 20 in-lbf)

34. INSTALL REAR LIGHT COVER

(a) Engage the 6 claws to install the 2 rear light covers.
