2ZR-FXE ENGINE CONTROL: CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR: INSTALLATION

HINT
Although the part name refers to the No. 1 crank position sensor, this procedure is for the camshaft position sensor.

1. INSTALL NO. 1 CRANK POSITION SENSOR

(a) Apply a light coat of engine oil to the O-ring on the No. 1 crank position sensor.





(b) Install the No. 1 crank position sensor with the bolt.

Torque : 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)

(c) Connect the No. 1 crank position sensor connector.
