Installation

LIGHTING: HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY

(a) Connect the connectors.

(b) Install the headlight assembly with the 3 bolts and screw.

Torque : 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)

2. INSTALL HOOD TO FRONT FENDER SEAL

(a) Engage the 4 clips (B) to install the hood to front fender seal.

(b) Engage the clip (A).

3. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH (for LH Side) Installation

4. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH (for RH Side) Installation

5. INSTALL HOOD HINGE COVER Installation

6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

HINT
Refer to the procedure from Install Front Bumper Assembly Installation.

7. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (for HID Headlight)

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

8. ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING

(a) Adjust the headlight aiming Adjustments.

9. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING

(a) Adjust the fog light aiming Adjustments.
