DESCRIPTION

The main body ECU RH receives the HEAD position signal from the light control switch. It also receives the signal from the combination switch via the multiplex communication system.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK MAIN BODY ECU RH

(a) Measure the voltage of the wire harness side connector.





Standard voltage:





OK -- PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
NG -- Continue to next step.

2. CHECK WIRE HARNESS (ECU - SWITCH AND BODY GROUND)

(a) Disconnect the K67 ECU connector.





(b) Disconnect the K22 switch connector.

(c) Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.

Standard resistance:





NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK -- PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
