EXTERIOR: RADIATOR GRILLE: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE EMBLEM (w/o Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)

HINT
When installing a new emblem, heat the radiator grille and emblem using a heat light.

Heating temperature:





NOTICE:
Do not heat the radiator grille and emblem excessively.

(a) Clean the radiator grille surface.

(1) Using a heat light, heat the radiator grille surface.

(2) Remove the double-sided tape from the radiator grille.

(3) Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

(b) Install the emblem.

(1) Using a heat light, heat the radiator grille and emblem.

(2) Remove the peeling paper from the emblem.

HINT
After removing the peeling paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

(3) Install the radiator grille emblem.





2. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE EMBLEM (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)

(a) Attach the 3 guides and claw, and install the radiator grille emblem.





(b) Install the 2 spring nuts.





3. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 5 claws and install the radiator grille sub-assembly.





(b) Install the 2 clips.

4. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING

(a) Engage the 9 claws and 2 guides, and install the radiator grille moulding.





(b) Install the 5 screws and 2 clips.





5. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR

(a) Attach the 15 clips to install the radiator grille protector.





6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY Installation

7. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation

8. PUT VEHICLE IN THESE CONDITIONS Adjustments

9. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIM Adjustments
