Removal





NAVIGATION / MULTI INFO DISPLAY: NAVIGATION RECEIVER: REMOVAL

1. PRECAUTION

Service Precautions

NOTICE:
* After the power switch is turned off, the display and navigation module display (HDD navigation system) records various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the power switch off, make sure to wait at least 60 seconds before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
* A hard disk drive (HDD) is built into the display and navigation module display to store map data etc. which will be used for the navigation system. Therefore, make sure to read all of the precautions thoroughly before handling the display and navigation module display.

2. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT Removal

3. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL Removal

4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH Removal

5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH Removal

6. REMOVE REMOTE TOUCH ASSEMBLY Removal

7. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY Removal

8. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH INTEGRATION CONTROL PANEL Removal

9. REMOVE DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY WITH BRACKET

(a) Remove the 4 bolts.





(b) Disengage the 2 clamps.

(c) Disengage the 2 guides.

(d) Disconnect each connector and the display and navigation module display with bracket as shown in the illustration.

10. REMOVE DISC PLAYER BRACKET

(a) Remove the 3 screws and disc player bracket.





11. REMOVE NO. 2 DISC PLAYER BRACKET

(a) Remove the 3 screws and No. 2 disc player bracket.





12. REMOVE DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY
