Applicability
Introduction
Some 2010 -2011 model year HS 250h vehicles may exhibit a condition where excess condensation or moisture forms on the interior of halogen equipped headlamp(s). Headlamp units and a revised cool air intake duct seal have been developed to address this condition.

This TSIB applies to vehicles produced BEFORE the Production Change Effective VINs shown.

Repair Procedure
1. Confirm excessive headlamp condensation in one or both headlamp assemblies.
If headlamps have excessive condensation or water on the inside of the housing proceed to step 2. If excessive condensation is not found this TSIB does NOT apply.
2. Remove the affected headlamp(s).
Refer to the Technical Information System (TIS) applicable model year Repair Manual:
^ 2010 / 2011 HS 250h:
Vehicle Exterior - Lighting (ext) - "Lighting (ext): Headlight Assembly (Except LED Headlight): Removal"
3. Disassemble the affected headlamp(s).
Refer to TIS applicable model year Repair Manual:

4. Reassemble the headlamp(s) using the new headlamp unit(s).

5. Install the new headlamp assemblies and cool air intake duct seal.

6. Adjust the new headlamp(s).
