Reassembly

DOOR / HATCH: HOOD: REASSEMBLY

1. CONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 4 clamps and connect the washer hose assembly.





2. ADJUST WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY Adjustments

3. INSTALL WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

4. INSTALL HOOD INSULATOR

(a) Install the hood insulator with the 12 clips.





5. INSTALL HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL

(a) Install the hood to radiator support seal with the 9 clips.





6. INSTALL HOOD AUXILIARY HOOK CATCH

(a) Install the hood auxiliary hook catch with the 2 bolts.





Torque : 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf)

7. INSPECT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY Testing and Inspection
