SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
1. POWER DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
(a) The power door lock control system locks/unlocks all doors.
The driver and front passenger side door control switches send lock/unlock request signals to the main body ECU RH (cowl side junction block RH) by multiplex communication (BEAN). Then, the main body ECU RH (cowl side junction block RH) sends these request signals to the door lock motors in each door to lock/unlock all doors at once in response to the inputs.
The driver door key cylinder lock/unlock request signals are sent to the power window regulator master switch assembly. Then, the power window regulator master switch assembly sends these request signals to the main body ECU RH (cowl side junction block RH) by multiplex communication (BEAN).
2. FUNCTION OF MAIN COMPONENTS
3. SYSTEM FUNCTION
(a) This system is controlled by the main body ECU RH (cowl side junction block RH). The main body ECU RH (cowl side junction block RH) outputs signals to each door lock motor. The power door lock control system has the following functions:
*1: for A/T
*2: The default setting for models without the Occupant Classification System is OFF
*3: The default setting for models with the Occupant Classification System and A/T is OFF
*4: The default setting for A/T is OFF
