Clutch Switch Circuit
CRUISE CONTROL: CRUISE CONTROL SYSTEM: Clutch Switch Circuit
- Clutch Switch Circuit
DESCRIPTION
Clutch switch circuit inspection is necessary for manual transmission vehicles.
When the clutch pedal is released, the ECM receives battery voltage through the LH-IG fuse. When the clutch pedal is depressed, the clutch switch assembly for the cruise control opens, and voltage is no longer sent to terminal CLSW of the ECM. The ECM cancels cruise control operation when the battery voltage to terminal CLSW interrupted.
