Reassembly

INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

(a) Install a new instrument panel cushion as shown in the illustration.

NOTICE:
Make sure that the cushion is installed according to the marking line.

2. INSTALL NO. 2 METER HOOD RETAINER

(a) Install the No. 2 meter hood retainer with the 2 screws [E].

3. INSTALL NO. 1 METER HOOD RETAINER

(a) Install the No. 1 meter hood retainer with the 2 screws [E].

4. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL PIN

(a) Install the 4 No. 1 instrument panel pins with the 4 screws [E].

5. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL SPACER

(a) Install the instrument panel spacer.

6. INSTALL ENGINE SWITCH

(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the engine switch.

7. INSTALL AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR

(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the automatic light control sensor.

8. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH

(a) Engage the 8 claws and 2 clips to install the defroster nozzle garnish.

9. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY Installation

10. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE

(a) Engage the 4 clamps.

(b) Connect the connector to install the No. 2 instrument panel wire.

11. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System) Installation

12. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (w/ Manual (SOS) Switch) Installation

13. INSTALL ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

14. INSTALL SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE

(a) Engage the 4 claws to install the side defroster nozzle.

15. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

(a) Install the No. 2 heater to register duct with the 4 screws [E].

16. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the defroster nozzle assembly with the 3 screws [E].

17. INSTALL NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

(a) Install the No. 2 side defroster nozzle duct with the screw [E].

18. INSTALL NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

(a) Install the No. 1 side defroster nozzle duct with the screw [E].

19. INSTALL NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

(a) Install the No. 3 heater to register duct with the 3 screws [E].

20. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

(a) Install the No. 1 heater to register duct with the 3 screws [E].
