Installation





SUSPENSION: REAR STABILIZER BAR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL REAR STABILIZER BAR SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Integrated Stabilizer Bracket Type)

(a) Insert the rear stabilizer bar between the rear suspension member and exhaust tailpipe assembly so that the oval holes are on the right of the vehicle.





(b) Install the rear stabilizer bar with the 4 bolts in order from 1 to 4.





Torque : 32 Nm (326 kgf-cm, 24 ft-lbf)

2. INSTALL REAR STABILIZER BAR (for Separate Stabilizer Bracket Type)

(a) Insert the rear stabilizer bar between the rear suspension member and exhaust tail pipe assembly so that the indication mark on the rear stabilizer bar is on the right of the vehicle.





(b) Install the 2 stabilizer bushings rear and stabilizer brackets.





NOTICE:
Be sure to install the rear stabilizer bushing so that the cutout faces the rear of the vehicle.

(c) Install the rear stabilizer bar with the 4 bolts.





Torque : 32 Nm (326 kgf-cm, 24 ft-lbf)

3. INSTALL REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the stabilizer link assembly LH to the rear No. 2 suspension arm and height control sensor link bracket with the bolt and nut (B).





Torque : 27 Nm (275 kgf-cm, 20 ft-lbf)

(b) Install the rear stabilizer link assembly LH with the nut (A).

Torque : 89 Nm (908 kgf-cm, 66 ft-lbf)

NOTICE:
Be sure to hold the stud bolt using a hexagon wrench 6 mm in order to prevent the bolt from turning.

4. INSTALL REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY RH

HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

5. INSTALL REAR WHEEL

Torque : 103 Nm (1050 kgf-cm, 76 ft-lbf)

6. INSPECT AND ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING
