Engine Immobilizer System

THEFT DETERRENT / KEYLESS ENTRY: ENGINE IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM: DTC CHECK / CLEAR

1. CHECK DTC

(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.

(b) Turn the engine switch on (IG).

(c) Turn the Techstream on.

(d) Enter the following menus: Body Electrical or Powertrain / Smart Access or Engine / Trouble Codes.

(e) Check the details of the DTC(s) Engine Immobilizer System.

2. CLEAR DTC

(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.

(b) Turn the engine switch on (IG).

(c) Turn the Techstream on.

(d) Enter the following menus: Body Electrical or Powertrain / Smart Access or Engine / Trouble Codes.

(e) Clear the DTCs.
