Installation

2UR-GSE LUBRICATION: OIL LEVEL SENSOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL ENGINE OIL LEVEL SENSOR

(a) Install a new gasket to the engine oil level sensor.





(b) Insert the engine oil level sensor into the oil pan and rotate it 180° clockwise.

(c) Install the engine oil level sensor with the 4 bolts.





Torque : 7.0 Nm (71 kgf-cm, 62 in-lbf)

(d) Connect the engine oil level sensor connector.

2. INSTALL CRANK POSITION SENSOR BRACKET

(a) Install the crank position sensor bracket with the bolt.





Torque : 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)

(b) Connect the harness clamp.

3. CONNECT OIL COOLER TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

4. ADD AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID

5. ADD ENGINE OIL Replacement

6. INSPECT FOR OIL LEAK

7. CHECK ENGINE OIL LEVEL Testing and Inspection

8. INSTALL FRONT LOWER SUSPENSION MEMBER PROTECTOR Installation

9. INSTALL NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER

10. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER
