SEAT: REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat): DISASSEMBLY

CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.

NOTICE:
If the rear seat adjuster is inspected or replaced, or the initialization cancel operation is performed, the position sensor initialization must be performed Rear Power Seat Control System.

1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Remove the hog rings and seat cushion spring.

2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Remove the hog rings and seat cushion cover from the seat cushion pad.

3. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH





(a) Remove the 3 screws and shoulder belt guide.

4. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Remove the 2 pins and headrest.

5. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT LH





(a) Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 headrest supports.

6. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST ADJUSTER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Detach the wire harness clamp and disconnect the 2 connectors.

(b) Remove the 2 bolts.

(c) Detach the 2 claws and remove the headrest adjuster.

7. REMOVE POSITION CONTROL ECU LH





(a) Disconnect the 2 connectors.

(b) Remove the 2 nuts and position control ECU.

8. REMOVE REAR SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL ECU LH





(a) Disconnect the 2 connectors.

(b) Remove the 2 nuts and climate control ECU.

9. REMOVE REAR SEAT COVER CAP LH

(a) Detach the 5 claws and remove the cover cap.





10. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK BASE LH

(a) Remove the 3 screws and lock base.





11. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH





(a) Remove the nut and detach the seatback cover bracket.

(b) Disconnect the connector.

(c) Detach the hooks and remove the hog rings and seatback cover with pad from the seatback spring.

12. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Remove the hog rings and seatback cover from the seatback pad.

13. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER LH





(a) Remove the felt pad.

(b) Disconnect the 2 connectors and detach the wire harness clamp.

(c) Remove the 3 nuts.

(d) Remove the 2 screws and seatback climate blower.

14. REMOVE REAR SEAT WIRE LH





(a) Disconnect the connectors.

(b) Detach the clamps and remove the wire.

15. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH Removal

16. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ANCHOR BRACKET ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Remove the nut and anchor bracket.

17. REMOVE SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL CONTROLLER LH

(a) Remove the seat cushion pad.





(b) Detach the 2 wire harness clamps and disconnect the 2 connectors.





(c) Remove the 2 screws.





(d) Remove the 2 screws.

(e) Detach the 2 claws and remove the climate control controller.

18. REMOVE AIR FILTER LH





(a) Detach the 2 claws and remove the air filter.

19. REMOVE SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER LH

(a) Disconnect the connector.





(b) Remove the 3 nuts and climate blower.





20. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Remove the hog rings.

(b) Detach the fastening tape and remove the center seat cushion cover.

41. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT CUSHION PAD

(a) Remove the center seat cushion pad from the center seat cushion frame.

42. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY





(a) Remove the 2 bolts and center headrest.

43. REMOVE CENTER SEATBACK FRAME COVER





(a) Detach the 2 clips and remove the cover.

44. REMOVE CENTER SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Detach the wire harness clamp.

(b) Remove the 2 nuts and center seatback frame from the center armrest.

45. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT CENTER ARMREST PANEL

(a) Detach the 17 claws and remove the No. 2 seat center armrest panel with No. 1 seat center armrest panel.





(b) Disconnect the 2 connectors.

(c) Remove the 3 screws and No. 1 seat center armrest panel.





46. REMOVE REAR POWER SEAT MODULE SWITCH

(a) Remove the 4 screws and rear power seat module switch.





47. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Remove the 2 screws and cup holder.

48. REMOVE SEAT VIBRATOR SWITCH

(a) Detach the wire harness clamps and disconnect the connectors.





(b) Remove the 4 screws.

(c) Remove the 8 screws and center armrest box with center armrest door.





(d) Using a screwdriver, detach the claw and remove the wire harness clamp.





(e) Detach the 2 claws and remove the plate.





(f) Pull up the wire harness and remove the switch.





49. REMOVE COURTESY LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 screws and courtesy light switch.





50. REMOVE CURTAIN SWITCH ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 screws and curtain switch.





(b) Disconnect the connector and remove the No. 2 switch wire.

51. REMOVE SWITCH WIRE

(a) Detach the 2 wire harness clamps and remove the switch wire.
