NAVIGATION / MULTI INFO DISPLAY: NAVIGATION SYSTEM (for HDD): B1597, B15D6: No Response from Display
B1597 - No Response from Display
B15D6 - Display Disconnectedn

DESCRIPTION

The multi-display and display module board are connected by an AVC-LAN communication line.

The display module board and navigation computer sub-assembly are connected by an AVC-LAN communication line.

When an AVC-LAN communication error occurs between the display module board and multi-display, these DTCs will be stored.

HINT
If either B1597 or B15D6 and either B1560 or B156F are output, troubleshoot for B1560 or B156F first.

HINT
* *1: Even if no fault is present, this DTC may be stored depending on the auxiliary battery condition or hybrid system start voltage.
* The navigation computer sub-assembly is the master unit.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

NOTICE:
Inspect the fuses for circuits related to this system before performing the following inspection procedure.

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK OPTIONAL COMPONENTS (INCLUDING ASSOCIATED WIRING)

(a) Check for optional components.

(1) Check that optional components (including associated wiring) which generate radio waves are not installed.

Result:

HINT
* Electrical noise from radio waves generated by optional components or the wiring for those components may affect AVC-LAN communication.
* This DTC may be stored when an AVC-LAN communication error occurs due to electrical noise.

B -- CHECK DTC
