LIGHTING (EXT): LIGHTING SYSTEM: CUSTOMIZE PARAMETERS

1. CUSTOMIZE LIGHTING SYSTEM

HINT
The following items can be customized.

NOTICE:
* When the customer requests a change in a function, first make sure that the function can be customized.
* Be sure to make a note of the current settings before customizing.
* When troubleshooting a function, first make sure that the function is set to the default setting.

(a) Customizing with the Techstream

(1) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.

(2) Turn the power switch to on (IG).

(3) Turn the Techstream on.

(4) Enter the following menus:

1 for Illuminated Entry: Body Electrical / Main Body / Utility / Customize / Illuminated Entry.

2 for Light Control: Body Electrical / Main Body / Utility / Customize / Light Control.

(5) Select the setting by referring to the table below.

* *1: w/o DRL

* *2: The headlight dimmer switch has DRL OFF function.

(b) Customizing with Multi-display

(1) Turn the power switch on (IG).

(2) Select the following menus:

1 for Light Settings: Setup / Vehicle / Vehicle Customization / Light Settings.

2 for Other Vehicle Settings: Setup / Vehicle / Vehicle Customization / Other Vehicle Settings.

(3) Select the setting by referring to the table below.

* *1: The headlight dimmer switch has DRL OFF function.

* *2: The higher the setting value is, the more the lights come on easily.

* *3: The higher the setting value is, the more the display light is dimmed easily.

* *4: The lower the setting value is, the more the display light cancel easily the dimming of it.

(c) Customizing with the Combination meter assembly

HINT
* Press and hold DISP (steering pad switch) when entering an item.
* Briefly press DISP (steering pad switch) when selecting an item.

(1) Turn the power switch on (IG).

(2) Enter the following menus: SETTINGS / VEHICLE SETTINGS.

(3) Select the setting by referring to the table below.

* *2: The higher the setting value is, the more the lights come on easily.
