Installation

THEFT DETERRENT: ENGINE HOOD COURTESY SWITCH: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY

(a) Apply MP grease to the sliding areas of the lock.





(b) Connect the hood lock control cable and connector.





(c) Install the hood lock assembly with the 2 bolts and nut.





Torque : 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf)

(d) Install a new hood lock nut cap.

3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY Installation

4. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation

5. ADJUST MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System) Adjustments

6. VEHICLE PREPARATION FOR FOG LIGHT AIM Adjustments

7. PREPARATION FOR FOG LIGHT Adjustments

8. FOG LIGHT AIMING INSPECTION Adjustments

9. FOG LIGHT AIMING ADJUSTMENT Adjustments
