Installation

P311 HYBRID TRANSMISSION / TRANSAXLE: OIL PUMP: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL OIL WITH MOTOR PUMP ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the oil with motor pump assembly with the 2 bolts.

Torque : 16 Nm (163 kgf-cm, 12 ft-lbf)

(b) Connect the connector, 2 clamps, No. 1 motor cooling hose and No. 2 motor cooling hose.

2. INSTALL INTAKE AIR RESONATOR

(a) Install the intake air resonator with the 3 bolts and nut.

Torque : 7.0 Nm (71 kgf-cm, 62 in-lbf)

(b) Connect the No. 2 air cleaner inlet to the No. 1 air cleaner inlet.

3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY Installation

4. INSTALL HOOD CENTER CUSHION Installation

5. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation

6. ADD HYBRID TRANSAXLE FLUID Procedures

7. INSPECT AND ADJUST HYBRID TRANSAXLE FLUID Procedures

8. ADD WASHER FLUID (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) Installation

9. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING Installation
