Removal

EXTERIOR: FRONT BUMPER: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL

(a) Using a clip remover, remove the 11 clips and cool air intake duct seal.





2. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR

(a) Remove the 2 radiator grille protectors.





3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

(a) Using a screwdriver, turn the 2 pin hold clips 90 degrees and remove them.





HINT
* Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
* Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(b) Remove the screw.

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(c) Put protective tape around the front bumper assembly.

(d) Remove the 8 screws.

(e) Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.





(f) Remove the screw.

(g) Disengage the 10 claws and disconnect the front bumper assembly as shown in the illustration.





(h) w/ Headlight Cleaner System:

(1) Disconnect the headlight cleaner hose.

NOTICE:
Prepare a drain pan or a piece of cloth in case washer fluid leaks.

(i) w/ Intuitive Parking Assist system:

(1) Disconnect the ultrasonic sensor connector.

(j) Disconnect the 2 fog light connectors and remove the front bumper assembly.
