The headlight leveling motor receives operation signals from the headlight leveling ECU assembly.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH OR RH - HEADLIGHT LEVELING ECU)

(a) Disconnect the B12 and B2 headlight assembly connectors.

(b) Disconnect the A61 headlight leveling ECU assembly connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

LH Side





RH Side





NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.

2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR - HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY)

(a) Disconnect the headlight leveling motor connector.





(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

LH Side





RH Side

3. INSPECT HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR (LH OR RH)
