RA62 MANUAL TRANSMISSION / TRANSAXLE: BACK-UP LIGHT SWITCH: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL BACK-UP LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY

(a) Using SST, install the back-up light switch with a new gasket to the manual transmission.

SST : 09922-10010

with SST - Torque : 25 Nm (258 kgf-cm, 19 ft-lbf)

without SST - Torque : 44 Nm (450 kgf-cm, 32 ft-lbf)

NOTICE:
* The "with SST" torque value is effective when using SST with a fulcrum length of 133 mm (5.24 in.).
* The "with SST" torque value is effective when using a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 180 mm (7.09 in.).
* The "with SST" torque value is effective when SST is parallel to the torque wrench.

(b) Connect the 3 clamps.
