SEAT BELT: SEAT BELT WARNING SYSTEM: TERMINALS OF ECU

1. CHECK COMBINATION METER

(a) Disconnect the J34 and J35 combination meter assembly connectors.





(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.





* *: w/o Occupant Classification System

* If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

(c) Reconnect the J34 and J35 combination meter assembly connectors.

(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





* If the result is not as specified, the combination meter assembly may have a malfunction.

2. CHECK INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/o Multi-display)





(a) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





* If the result is not as specified, the integration control and panel assembly may have a malfunction.

3. CHECK CLOCK ASSEMBLY (w/ Multi-display)





(a) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





* If the result is not as specified, the clock assembly may have a malfunction.

4. CHECK CENTER AIRBAG SENSOR ASSEMBLY









5. CHECK OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATION ECU

(a) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.









* If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.
