Installation

PRE-COLLISION: SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU (w/o Intuitive Parking Assist System)

(a) Temporarily install nut A.





(b) Insert nut A into the hole the vehicle body (left side of the luggage compartment).

(c) Slide down the seat belt control ECU until the 2 bolts are inserted into the holes on the vehicle body.

(d) Fully tighten the 3 nuts in the order B, A and C.





Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)

(e) Connect the connector.

NOTICE:
Be careful when installing the seat belt control ECU. If the seat belt control ECU is dropped, replace it with a new one.

2. INSTALL SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System)

(a) Install the clearance warning ECU to the seat belt control ECU with the 2 nuts.





Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)

(b) Temporarily install nut A.

(c) Insert temporarily tightened nut A into the hole on the vehicle body (left side of the luggage compartment).





(d) Slide down the seat belt control ECU and clearance warning ECU as a until the 2 bolts are inserted into the holes on the vehicle body.

(e) Fully tighten the 3 nuts in the order B, A and C.

Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)

(f) Connect the connectors.

NOTICE:
Be careful when installing the seat belt control ECU. If the seat belt control ECU is dropped, replace it with a new one.

3. INSTALL SIDE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER LH Installation

4. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK Installation

5. INSTALL FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER Installation

6. INSTALL NO. 2 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK Installation

7. INSTALL ROPE HOOK Installation

8. INSTALL NO. 2 ROOM LIGHT ASSEMBLY Installation

9. INSTALL REAR LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER Installation

10. INSTALL ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY Installation

11. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH

12. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH

13. INSTALL NO. 2 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER

14. INITIALIZE SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU
