Disassembly

EXTERIOR: FRONT BUMPER: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE NO. 4 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System)

(a) Disconnect the 6 connectors and remove the 5 pieces of tape.

(b) Detach the 5 clamps and remove the No. 4 engine room wire.





(c) Detach the 2 claws and remove the ultrasonic sensor clip.

HINT
Use the same procedure to remove the ultrasonic sensor clip on other side.





2. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) Removal

3. REMOVE NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) Removal

4. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) Removal

5. REMOVE NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) Removal

6. REMOVE TYPE 1 HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) Removal

7. REMOVE TYPE 1 HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

8. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) Removal

9. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) Removal

10. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

11. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH Removal

(a) Detach the 2 claws and fog light cover.

15. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE





(a) Detach the 16 claws and remove the lower No. 1 radiator grille.

16. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET





(a) Remove the 2 screws and front bumper extension moulding bracket.

17. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER LOWER COVER





(a) Detach the 2 claws and front bumper lower cover.

18. REMOVE FRONT SPOILER COVER LH (for Sport Package)





(a) Remove the 3 clips, 6 retainers and front spoiler cover.

19. REMOVE FRONT SPOILER COVER RH (for Sport Package)
