Reassembly
EXTERIOR: FRONT BUMPER: REASSEMBLY
HINT
When installing the pad, heat the front bumper using a heat light.
Standard:
NOTICE:
Do not heat the front bumper excessively.
1. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER COVER LH (for Sport Package)
(a) Install the front bumper spoiler cover with the 6 retainers and 3 clips.
2. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER COVER RH (for Sport Package)
HINT
Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER LOWER COVER
(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the front bumper lower cover.
4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET
(a) Install the front bumper extension mounting bracket with the 2 screws.
5. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE
(a) Attach the 16 claws to install the lower No. 1 radiator grille.
6. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER LH
(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the fog light cover.
7. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER RH

10. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) Installation

15. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System)
(a) Install the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor retainer Installation.
16. INSTALL NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System)
(a) Install the No. 2 ultrasonic sensor retainer Installation.
17. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System)
(a) Install the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor Installation.
18. INSTALL NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System)
(a) Install the No. 2 ultrasonic sensor Installation.
19. INSTALL NO. 4 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System)
(a) Clean the front bumper surface.
(1) Remove the double-sided tape from the front bumper surface.
(2) Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.
(b) Connect the 6 connectors to install the No. 4 engine room wire as shown in the illustration.
(c) Attach the 5 clamps and install 5 new pieces of tape.
