Luggage Compartment Door Opener System





ENGINE HOOD / DOOR: LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR OPENER SYSTEM: TERMINALS OF ECU

1. CHECK MAIN BODY ECU (DRIVER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK)





(a) Disconnect the DA, L11, L12 and L13 ECU connectors.

(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

(c) Reconnect the DA, L11, L12 and L13 ECU connectors.

(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





If the result is not as specified, the main body ECU may have a malfunction.

(e) Using an oscilloscope, check the waveform 1.

(f) Using an oscilloscope, check the waveform 2.





Waveform 2 (Reference):





(g) Using an oscilloscope, check the waveform 3.





Waveform 3 (Reference):





(h) Using an oscilloscope, check the waveform 4.

2. CHECK LUGGAGE ROOM JUNCTION BLOCK (REAR JUNCTION BLOCK ECU)





(a) Disconnect the LA, LD, and LG junction block connectors.

(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

(c) Reconnect the LA, LD, and LG junction block connectors.

(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





If the result is not as specified, the junction block may have a malfunction.
