Reassembly

INTERIOR: FRONT CONSOLE BOX (w/ Rear Seat Entertainment System): REASSEMBLY

HINT
A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Standard Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts

1. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY Installation

2. INSTALL FRONT NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX LENS





(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the front No. 1 console box lens.

3. INSTALL NO. 1 INTERIOR ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY Installation

4. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX WIRE





(a) For No. 1 interior illumination light assembly side:

(1) Attach the 2 clamps to install the console box wire.

(2) Connect the connector.





(b) For console box illumination light assembly side:

(1) Clean the lower console box surface.

Remove the tape from the lower console box.

(2) Attach the clamp to install the console box wire.

(3) Connect the connector.

(4) Apply new tape to the lower console box, as shown in the illustration.

5. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Install the console compartment door hinge with the 4 screws.





(b) Attach the 8 claws to install the console compartment door lock.

(c) Install the 4 screws.

(d) Install 4 new seals.

6. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE ARMREST ASSEMBLY





(a) Install the bracket and rear console armrest with the 6 screws.

(b) Attach the clamp.

7. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX PLATE





(a) Attach the 6 claws to install the console box plate.

(b) Install the 2 screws.

8. INSTALL UPPER CONSOLE BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Install the upper console box and lower console box with the 2 screws.

9. INSTALL NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX MOUNTING BRACKET





(a) Install the No. 2 console box mounting bracket with the 6 screws and 4 bolts.

10. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX DAMPER

(a) Install the rear console box damper with the 2 bolts.

11. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX REGISTER ASSEMBLY





(a) Attach the 10 claws to install the console box register.
