Disassembly

INTERIOR: FRONT CONSOLE BOX (w/o Rear Seat Entertainment System): DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX POCKET LOWER





(a) Detach the 8 claws and remove the console box pocket lower.

2. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws.

HINT
Tape the screwdriver tip before use.





(b) Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 dampers.

HINT
Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

(c) Remove the 4 screws and console compartment door.





3. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Slide the door hinge and remove the 2 screws.





(b) Remove the 2 screws and console compartment door hinge.

4. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Put protective tape around the console compartment door lock.

(b) Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 clips.

Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

(c) Detach the 2 claws and remove the console compartment door lock.
