Reassembly

SEAT: REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat): REASSEMBLY

CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.

HINT
A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Standard Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.

1. INSTALL SWITCH WIRE

(a) Attach the 2 wire harness clamps to install the switch wire.

2. INSTALL CURTAIN SWITCH ASSEMBLY

(a) Connect the connector to install the No. 2 switch wire.

(b) Install the curtain switch with the 2 screws.

3. INSTALL COURTESY LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the courtesy light switch with the 2 screws.

4. INSTALL SEAT VIBRATOR SWITCH

(a) Install the wire harness and vibrator switch.

(b) Attach the 2 claws to install the plate.

(d) Install the center armrest box with center armrest door with the 8 screws.

(e) Install the 4 screws.

(f) Connect the connectors and attach the wire harness clamps.

5. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the cup holder with the 2 screws.

6. INSTALL REAR POWER SEAT MODULE SWITCH

(a) Install the rear power seat module switch with the 4 screws.

7. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT CENTER ARMREST PANEL

(a) Install the No. 1 seat center armrest panel to the No. 2 seat center armrest panel with the 3 screws.

(b) Connect the 2 connectors.

(c) Attach the 17 claws to install the No. 2 seat center armrest panel with No. 1 seat center armrest panel.

8. INSTALL CENTER SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the center seatback frame to the center armrest with the 2 nuts.

Torque : 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)

(b) Attach the wire harness clamp.

9. INSTALL REAR SEAT ARMREST HOLE COVER

(a) Attach the 2 clips to install the cover.

10. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the center seat headrest with the 2 bolts.

Torque : 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)

11. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT CUSHION PAD

(a) Install the center seat cushion pad to the center seat cushion frame.

12. INSTALL CENTER SEAT CUSHION COVER

(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the center seat cushion cover with new hog rings.

NOTICE:
* Be careful not to damage the cover.
* When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

(b) Attach the fastening tape.

33. INSTALL SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER LH

(a) Install the climate control blower with the 3 nuts.

(b) Connect the connector.

34. INSTALL AIR FILTER LH

(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the filter.

35. INSTALL SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL CONTROLLER LH

(a) Attach the claws to connect the climate control controller to the climate blower.

(b) Install the climate control controller with the 2 screws.

(c) Connect the 2 connectors and attach the 2 wire harness clamps.

(d) Install a new cushion pad.

36. INSTALL REAR SEAT BELT INNER ANCHOR BRACKET ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the anchor bracket with the nut.

Torque : 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)

37. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH Installation

38. INSTALL REAR SEAT WIRE LH

(a) Attach the wire harness clamps to install the seat wire.

(b) Connect the connectors.

39. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER LH

(a) Install the seatback climate blower with the 2 screws and 3 nuts.

(b) Connect the 2 connectors and attach the wire harness clamp.

(c) Install a new felt pad.

40. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover to the seatback pad with new hog rings.

NOTICE:
* Be careful not to damage the cover.
* When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

41. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH

(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover with pad to the seatback spring with new hog rings.

NOTICE:
* Be careful not to damage the cover.
* When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

(b) Attach the hooks.

(c) Connect the connector and install the wire harness clamp.

(d) Attach the seatback cover bracket with the nut.

Torque : 5.6 Nm (57 kgf-cm, 50 in-lbf)

42. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK BASE LH

(a) Install the lock base with the 3 screws.

43. INSTALL REAR SEAT COVER CAP LH

(a) Attach the 5 claws to install the cover cap.

44. INSTALL REAR SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL ECU LH

(a) Install the climate control ECU with the 2 nuts.

(b) Connect the 2 connectors.

45. INSTALL POSITION CONTROL ECU LH

(a) Install the position control ECU with the 2 nuts.

(b) Connect the 2 connectors.

46. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST ADJUSTER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Attach the 2 claws.

(b) Install the headrest adjuster with the 2 bolts.

(c) Connect the 2 connectors and attach the wire harness clamp.

47. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT LH

(a) Attach the 4 claws to install the 2 headrest supports.

48. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the headrest with the 2 pins.

49. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH

(a) Install the shoulder belt guide with the 3 screws.

50. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion cover to the seat cushion pad with new hog rings.

NOTICE:
* Be careful not to damage the cover.
* When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

51. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion spring to the seat cushion pad with cover with new hog rings.

NOTICE:
* Be careful not to damage the cover.
* When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.
