Installation

1UR-FSE LUBRICATION: OIL LEVEL SENSOR (for 2WD): INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL ENGINE OIL LEVEL SENSOR

(a) Install a new gasket to the engine oil level sensor.





(b) Insert the engine oil level sensor into the oil pan and rotate it 180°.

(c) Install the engine oil level sensor with the 4 bolts.





Torque : 7.0 Nm (71 kgf-cm, 62 in-lbf)

(d) Connect the engine oil level sensor connector.

2. INSTALL CRANK POSITION SENSOR BRACKET

(a) Install the crank position sensor bracket with the bolt.





Torque : 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)

(b) Connect the harness clamp.

3. CONNECT OIL COOLER TUBE

(a) Connect the No. 1 oil cooler inlet tube and No. 1 oil cooler outlet tube by installing the 2 clamps with the 2 bolts.





Torque : 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 in-lbf)

4. ADD ENGINE OIL Replacement

5. INSPECT FOR ENGINE OIL LEAK Installation

6. CHECK ENGINE OIL LEVEL Testing and Inspection

7. INSTALL FRONT SUSPENSION MEMBER PROTECTOR LOWER Installation

8. INSTALL NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER Installation

9. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER Service and Repair
