Disassembly

STEERING COLUMN: STEERING WHEEL: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE STEERING SHAKE DAMPER

(a) Remove the 2 screws and shake damper.





2. REMOVE STEERING PAD SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH MODULATOR

(a) Disconnect the 2 connectors and remove the 4 screws and steering pad switch.





3. REMOVE CRUISE CONTROL MAIN SWITCH ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the connector and detach harness clamp.

(b) Remove the 2 screws and the switch.





4. REMOVE STEERING WHEEL HEATER CONTROLLER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the connector and remove the 2 screws and heater control.





5. REMOVE STEERING WHEEL BOSS LOWER COVER

(a) Remove the 2 screws of the shift paddle switch.





(b) Remove the 2 screws, detach the 4 claws and remove the lower steering wheel cover.
