Oil Pressure Sender: Testing and Inspection

2UR-FSE LUBRICATION: OIL PRESSURE SWITCH: ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

1. INSPECT ENGINE OIL PRESSURE SWITCH ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the No. 1 engine under cover Removal.

(b) Disconnect the oil pressure switch connector.





(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard resistance:





If the result is not as specified, replace the oil pressure switch.

HINT
Put the engine in inspection mode Inspection Mode Procedure.

(d) Connect the oil pressure switch connector.

(e) Install the No. 1 engine under cover Installation.
