LIN Communication System
MULTIPLEX COMMUNICATION: LIN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM: TERMINALS OF ECU
1. CHECK MAIN BODY ECU (DRIVER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK)
(a) Disconnect the DA, L12 and L13 ECU connectors.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
2. CHECK MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY
(a) Disconnect the N13 master switch assembly connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
3. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side)
(a) Disconnect the N11 motor connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
4. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for Front Passenger Side)
(a) Disconnect the N3 motor connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
5. CHECK REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Disconnect the O19 motor connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
6. CHECK REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Disconnect the O8 motor connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
7. CHECK SLIDING ROOF DRIVE GEAR SUB-ASSEMBLY (SLIDING ROOF ECU) (w/ Sliding Roof System)
(a) Disconnect the X5 ECU connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
8. CHECK CERTIFICATION ECU
(a) Disconnect the L15 ECU connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
9. CHECK ID CODE BOX
(a) Disconnect the L32 ECU connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
10. CHECK STEERING LOCK ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY (STEERING LOCK ECU)
(a) Disconnect the L33 ECU connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
11. CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK FRONT LIGHT ECU (FRONT CONTROLLER)
(a) Disconnect the A50 ECU connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
12. CHECK RAIN SENSOR
(a) Disconnect the X8*1 or X16*2 sensor connector.
* *1: w/o Lane-keeping Assist System
* *2: w/ Lane-keeping Assist System
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
13. CHECK LUGGAGE ROOM JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY (REAR JUNCTION BLOCK ECU)
(a) Disconnect the LA and LD ECU connectors.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
14. CHECK MAP LIGHT ASSEMBLY (OVERHEAD JUNCTION BLOCK)
(a) Disconnect the X4 ECU connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
15. CHECK OUTER MIRROR SWITCH
(a) Disconnect the L6 switch connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
16. CHECK NO. 1 CONSOLE SWITCH
(a) Disconnect the L75 switch connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
17. CHECK FRONT SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL ECU LH
(a) Disconnect the e34 ECU connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
18. CHECK FRONT SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL ECU RH
(a) Disconnect the e4 ECU connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
19. CHECK AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY (A/C ECU)
(a) Disconnect the L76 ECU connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
20. CHECK REAR POWER SEAT MODULE SWITCH (except 4-Passenger with Ottoman)
(a) Disconnect the z54 switch connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
21. CHECK REAR POWER SEAT MODULE SWITCH (for 4-Passenger with Ottoman)
(a) Disconnect the S15 switch connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
22. CHECK POSITION CONTROL ECU RH (w/ Rear Power Seat Control System)
(a) Disconnect the f4 and f39 ECU connectors.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
23. CHECK POSITION CONTROL ECU LH (w/ Rear Power Seat Control System)
(a) Disconnect the f24 and f43 ECU connectors.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
24. CHECK REAR SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL ECU RH (w/ Climate Control Seat System or Seat Heater System)
(a) Disconnect the f8 ECU connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
25. CHECK REAR SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL ECU LH (w/ Climate Control Seat System)
(a) Disconnect the f28 ECU connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
26. CHECK REAR SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL ECU LH (w/ Seat Heater System)
(a) Disconnect the f13 ECU connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
27. CHECK SEAT VIBRATOR MODULE ASSEMBLY (for Ottoman)
(a) Disconnect the S29 module connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
28. CHECK INFRARED RAY SENSOR (for Ottoman)
(a) Disconnect the X13 sensor connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
