REMOVAL

1. PRECAUTION

CAUTION: Be sure to read Precaution thoroughly before servicing.

NOTICE: After turning the power switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the auxiliary battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the auxiliary battery terminal notice before proceeding with work.

2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH
3. REMOVE OCCUPANT DETECTION ECU

NOTICE: If the occupant detection ECU has been dropped, or there are any cracks, dents or other defects in the case or connector, replace it with a new one.







a. Disconnect the connector.
b. Remove the 2 nuts and occupant detection ECU.
