Rear Ride Height Electronic Resetting
1. Connect NGS Tester to the data link connector.2. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
3. Select the proper vehicle year, model, and engine type.
4. Select 4WAS-AIR SUSP/EVO (4x2 and 4x4) air suspension control module.
5. Select the active commands menu "SAVE CALIBRATION (STORE RIDE HEIGHT)". Trigger through to warning message.
6. Monitor the RHGTSEN PID.
7. Select Rear.
NOTE: Do not press trigger after selecting Rear.
8. Disconnect the air suspension height sensor from the lower ball stud.
NOTE: Do not disconnect the air suspension height sensor from the upper ball stud.
9. Slowly compress/extend the air suspension height sensor until the voltage is 2.66 ± 0.02 volts.
10. Press the trigger to save rear ride height settings (turn from OFF to ON); this will calibrate the air suspension control module.
11. If the rear ride height has not been mechanically reset, mechanically reset the rear ride height.
12. Clear the DTCs and run On-Demand Self-Test.
